Ahhh Nuts - Robber Shoots His Own Testicle

I would like to warn you in advance that the last chapter of this article is nothing more than blatant word play in an attempt to get  cheap laughs. I am sure that there were many more and better that I could have come up with but I became bored with it rather quickly.

I am not really much of a giggler. That being said some news stories just make me giggle.

During a robbery attempt in Kokomo Indiana, an alleged robber entered a Village Pantry with a gun and a bag. What happens next is pure poetry.

After demanding that the female clerk fill the bag with cash and cigarettes, Mr Tough Guy tucked the gun into the waist band in his pants. Apparently while doing so he pulled the trigger and shot himself in the right testicle.

Somehow he managed to grab the bag and fled the store. He was apprehended a short while later at his grandmothers house when police responded to a call that someone in the house had been shot.

His grandmother had said that her grandson told her that someone had tried to rob him. He certainly had been robbed of something, that being his dignity, and he was the perpetrator.

Police found the gun and the clothes that he had been wearing. They were still searching for the gun.

Prior to this I thought that things like this only happened in the movies. I still giggle when I think of the judge trying to keep a straight face when the details of his arrest are discussed in court. I giggle more when I picture the guys in his cell asking him how he was caught.

This is just further proof that crime does not pay and you should not play with guns.

The other inmates should have plenty of time to bust his "ball" as the penalty for this particular violation of the Indiana "Penal" Code could be quite lengthy. Prosecutors have stated that a conviction is in the "bag". When asked about his mood, staff at the hospital said that he was a bit "teste".
